
RASPBERRIES & ROSES
Ingredients
- 45 ml FLUÈRE Raspberry
- 1 egg white
- 10 ml raspberry syrup
- 5 ml rose syrup
- 15 ml Martini Floreale
- 15 ml fresh lime or lemon juice
- 4 fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Muddle the raspberries in the shaker, then add the other ingredients and shake once without ice.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. Double strain into a coupe & garnish with a raspberry.
